Network Engineer (Loyang Avenue)
-
The Network Engineer will provide planning, recommendations, and will be responsible for installation, monitoring and maintenance of all network equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy scalable solutions for both backbone networks and data centers
• Identify, research, evaluate and implement emerging network technologies
• Develop and implement network management and related tools
• Plan and design future HostSG network facilities in accordance with company policy and industry best practices
• Engineering of network and security products based on requirements from product management
• Ability to work well both independently as well as part of an Agile scrum team
• Perform root cause analysis in failure scenarios, coordinate research / resolution with vendor support

Qualifications / Required Skills:
• 3+ years experience with enterprise-level network design and deployment
• Proficient with the design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of core LAN/WAN/ MAN services
• Proficient in routing protocols: TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VRRP/HSRP
• Mastery of advanced performance tuning and capacity management concepts
• Through understanding of IP concepts including routing, VLAN's, QoS, tuning and capacity management concepts
• Ability to analyze and design network systems to achieve efficient and secure operation
• Superior understanding of network routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, and MPLS)
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, including packet-level traffic analysis
• In-depth understanding of network security and access control
• Experience with VoIP, QoS, and IP Telephony technologies
• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-class routers and switches (Juniper experience a big plus)

System Adminstrator (Loyang Avenue)
• Perform administration on Windows, Linux/UNIX based PCs and servers
• Manage and deploy networks, system and security
• Provide operational support to users
• On-site duties at SingTel Comcentre (Somerset) may be occasionally required
Requirement
• Computing related Diploma/Degree preferable but not necessary if have prior experience
• Familiar with computer hardware components, OS installation and configuration
• Proficient in Windows required, Linux/UNIX preferable but can be trained
• Basic networking knowledge required, Cisco certification is a plus
• Passionate about managing PCs/Servers and enjoy keeping up with new technologies

Customer Support Officer (Loyang Avenue)
- • Front line support via ticketing system and telephone
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
• Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

Requirement
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
• Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
•Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel and WHM preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
• Experience with documenting procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
